Turkish is taught from scratch or from your current level. Preparation runs in groups of no more than four students or one-to-one, online or at our centre in Baku (159 Aliyar Aliyev Street); lessons run between 09:00 and 21:00. Our teachers are internationally certified professionals.
You start with a free placement test (at our centre or on our online platform) and a free trial lesson; the programme and duration are set individually after the placement test. There is a mock exam every month, and parents can follow attendance and progress on our own online platform. If you don't reach your target level, lessons continue free of charge; your consultant explains the terms. For admission to Turkish universities, YÖS and TYS preparation is a separate course; the EDDE Global team helps with university choice and applications.

Turkish is learned on the CEFR scale from A1 to C2. The most widely recognised official certificate for study and work in Türkiye is the Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavı (TYS) of the Yunus Emre Institute.

The TYS tests reading, listening, writing and speaking and awards a B2, C1 or C2 certificate. Turkish universities usually exempt TYS holders from the Turkish preparatory year; the exact requirement depends on the university.

Alongside the Turkish course there is YÖS and TYS preparation: YÖS is the admission exam, TYS the language certificate. We work out which one you need from your university's requirements.
